I humbly disagree...

The finishing on Patek Philippe, which is one of my favorite brands, unfortunately is not usually as good as a Datograph movement from A. Lange & Soehne.
On average, most Patek Philippe watches, including their grand complications, will not pass muster with a 10x power loupe.
It may appear that way, but objectively, the best way to determine quality of movement finishing is to measure the effectiveness of the technique, time applied on the technique, and to measure the movement finishing under a microscope at 5x, 10x, 15x, and 20x magnification. This last method is the most objective of them all.
I strongly suggest you look at this post with photos from our user W220...
Patek Philippe is one of my absolute favorite brands. But, despite my rampant enthusiasm for the brand, I'm not a fanboy. And I would generally disagree that your 5970G with its beautifully finished Lemania movement is not finished to the same level as your Lange Datograph. I would also state, it is my opinion, Lemania based Patek Philippe chronographs generally have higher finishing than the average Patek Philippe watch. However, I cannot say I've compared high powered magnification photographs of a Lemania movement with an "average" Patek Philippe, so I can't say I'm 100% certain.
