Did a strap, too. But I had to realize that the case has a ugly hole for the bracelet attachments. But I like the bracelet a lot. So no problem for me. Your combo is beautiful! Best Temus

I have the 5960 white dial, and have only worn it with the steel bracelet, and love it that way. Maybe that puts me in the minority in this group?

Good point, I think it's entirely possible for the 5960A to be a first Patek --- it's definitely not entry-level but also far from an application piece, and it's been *very much* available at ADs for long..
If someone bet on this watch as his first Patek, it totally looks like he made a great choice! ;-)
5960/1A wasn’t my first Patek
5167A was my first, and 5712/1A the last one. Next will be based on CH 29-535 and in platinum. But not soon.

but in the Patek universe this has to be considered a relative bargain. Regardless of metal. A perpetual Chrono will cost triple and "only difference" is the perpetual module which in exchange you get a power reserve indicator and a day/night indicator......
