For me, all wheel drive it is the most important. Specially if you are replacing your RS4. Funny enough, this is my story of exactly one year ago. I sold my tuned 420HP satin painted S4 to my son and got a 911 C4 Black Edition which I intend to keep for many years to come.
Color wise, I would choose the first iteration in dark blue but without the side Porsche sticker. A 911 is a unique shape. You don't need to advertise that you have a "Porsche". The dark blue color is one that will go through time, no sweat.
Now let me suggest you some options: Since you wish to have some "pizzaz", for the 1st years you could have it wrapped with a racy color or a satin look. Whatever comes to your mind.
Once you get older, you will be happy to have retained your timeless color (dark blue).

You can have your base car as option 1 and wrap it into option 2... so that you kill two birds with one stone. I would not take the wing if your purpose is not very high speed German autobahn driving/track

Option 3 caught my eye and with that exact rim combo. A fine car in any color you choose in the end .

All the options are great! For me, the classic 911 shape is very much disrupted by the wing and if it's not going to be on the track the wing seems a little pointless to boot. A ducktail would have been nice option. As for the color, particularly on the 9...

The last one looks silly with the wing compared to the other two. Just my opinion though, I am not really into exotic cars. Probably why I prefer the cleaner ones.

My vote is for number 2.
IMO the third only seems relevant if you plan for trackdays (and be aware they are addictive!). The first option - although very good-looking - is in its appearence more of GT than sport.
Do you need the 4S because of road snow/ice?...
