All the options are great! For me, the classic 911 shape is very much disrupted by the wing and if it's not going to be on the track the wing seems a little pointless to boot. A ducktail would have been nice option.
As for the color, particularly on the 992 I prefer the dark colors so that the black plastic trim can blend in vs contrast against the car. The contrast can look pretty aggressive but I prefer something a little more muted for everyday use.

You can have your base car as option 1 and wrap it into option 2... so that you kill two birds with one stone. I would not take the wing if your purpose is not very high speed German autobahn driving/track

The last one looks silly with the wing compared to the other two. Just my opinion though, I am not really into exotic cars. Probably why I prefer the cleaner ones.

My vote is for number 2.
IMO the third only seems relevant if you plan for trackdays (and be aware they are addictive!). The first option - although very good-looking - is in its appearence more of GT than sport.
Do you need the 4S because of road snow/ice?...
