I very much hope Lange would correct this for a long-term client like you who has purchased 3 brand new Langes from ADs in the past. A Lange boutique, owned by Lange/Richemont (vs. independently owned), should sell you that Odysseus before selling it to a newer client even if that newer client just bought a watch at that boutique. Boutiques should prioritize those who support the brand and not discriminate between someone who bought their Langes at that same boutique vs. someone who bought their Langes at an AD. You spent a lot of money in the past at official Lange points of sale, and Lange should recognize that.
