This is Patek 5177G-010, a rare handcraft made in part with miniature painting in part with enamel techniques. It represents Boccadasse, my favorite neighborhood in my hometown of Genova, and I was lucky to receive it exactly 3 years ago. There exists at least another one (by member Michael Ng on this forum), but probably a few more, for a likely total of 3 to 5.
Of course, this is my favorite watch ever, not only because I love rare handcrafts and Patek, but because I was so lucky that they decided to represent one of my most beloved locations in the world on its dial (and then allocate one to me! ;-)
