... would depend of several aspects to be considered, among them his budget and his life style.
You are offering an interesting choice to consider here. A classic beauty in your Louis Erard, with a rose/salmon dial in contrast with a white metal case makes for a view which is always irresistible for me.
The Speedmaster is a very popular option along this thread. I feel it covers all aspects a user can expect from a practical chronograph and its past history adds to its desirability.
The Explorer is a favorite of mine. Your vintage example is exquisite and there is always the option of the present modern offering from Rolex. I´m with you: I absolutely would go for the classic 36 mm case in this one.
The Calatrava: As it was said in a previous entry from saintseiyaikki: "even a newbie needs to have a dream" and guess this watch is in this category. As you well say to view it "in anticipation of something to look forward in the future" with a beautiful classic and a Grail Watch.
Thank you so much for your participation with these wonderful shots and watches my dear friend.
Hagwe! Abel
