You're right, there are multiple failure points which could risk the watch coming loose since there are so many screws. They probably use Loctite on the screws for added safety. I do like how the cap is removable, in case I scratch one. Maybe I can just replace the cap? Chopard might not sell caps though, they probably will force me to buy an entire link and a "8" shaped pin.
