Thank you for your kind words. You mentioned something that's super important. And I want to take it down the rabbit hole at a different angle; Patek Philippe also knows that many of the clients are loyal to Patek Philippe and not necessarily to the authorized dealer! The authorized dealers know this too! The dealer knows they may not enjoy the business from such clients if they didn't have a Patek Philippe franchise. You're very fortunate to be in Singapore. Where the stores do try their best not to be transactional - especially in the recent years. It wasn't perfect in the past as it could feel very transactional in the past, but in recent years they've really tried to change for the better. I've seen the plans and the attempts from the retailers, but sometimes despite their best efforts, the effort isn't appreciated nor felt by the customers. What are your thoughts? Have you seen the difference?
