Yes. This is a very major part of the problem. Also, there are many others, let me present this logical scenario: "the significant clients" Dauster was mentioning are generally/mostly interested in "significant"watches and these significant and special pieces are normally the fastest ones to sell! Thus, any significant client going to a new store is not going to want to buy the bread and butter - but only the significant pieces and that store is going to have an imbalance of too many big clients looking for big pieces. And the stores are already imbalanced. So... The other ADs aren't able to quickly absorb these orphaned clients effectively. There are many other problems too. Too many to list.
