In my opinion
Patek offers the complete watch in every category. Some may prefer the designs of other watches but when it comes to the important areas of reliability, accuracy, exclusitivity, movement design and finishing,after sales service service and resale value, I can think of no other brand that ticks all the boxes. In addition, unless one has actually bought a new Patek, it is difficult to explain that buying a Patek is not just buying a good watch; it is the entire purchase experience and the sense of belonging to a very special family. Incomparable gifts (which have lately been highlighted on the forum), factory visits, annual dinners by ADs special workshops and invitations to exhibitions are just part of the ownership experience.
