I‘m not making factually incorrect statements!

First of all I know how a company operates and how it sells itself to customers (my company also guides customers through the facility and shows them how we produce everything ourselves...) and second, TheWATCHES.tv recently published an interview where a watchmaker from Girard-Perregaux showed and stated that case finishing is all done by CNC machine.
The term “hand finished” is extremely overused in watchmaking.
Customers always hear what they want to hear and they always need a reason to justify the price.
