I totally understand your feeling here
the minimum size for a PC is reaching a higher stage. Even thought Patek has remained in the lower range of sizes if we have a look at the average trend, maybe there is still room to include a PC in the 37/38 max case size. Maybe Patek will think about that in the future if the trend reverses (it did a little these last two years).

Now that the 5180 is been discontinued I\'d love to see that movement in a nautilus(Nautilus skeleton )or the introduction of a full steel 5726 with a blue dial. 5131P would be great also .
