Hope this turns out better for you, than expected. I can understand you dissatisfaction.

 

There's often nothing more unpleasant, than a bad service. Especially, if it's such an expensive product. I'm not familiar with service practices in the watch industry, but in the automobile industry I've made the experience, that the manufacturers sometimes take over at least some of the repair costs, even if the car is out warranty, if it's a problem, that shouldn't happen after just a few years of use.
