Frustrating, to say the least...

 

Sorry to hear about your issue. So far (fingers crossed), my 3 PPs hat no issues and I guess it is pure luck nowadays. I did however had an issue with my then 3 months old AP15202 that a huge dust on the dial, which I have no clue how it did pass the QC. Took AP Switzerland 3 months to rectify. No word of apology or the like. I have sold the watch right after I have gotten it back and I'm still waiting for the extra link I have ordered 3 months ago... AP didn't quite met my expectations I have in a luxury brand and their after sales service and thus, I am done with AP. Not that they would care, given the small fish I am 😎.
