Interesting...i had never thought of it like that...i think its more that i got tempted to range off-piste for a moment of madness!
When I say Fiat 500, I look at it as "within" the entire Patek Philippe range. With, perhaps, a Minute Repeater Tourbillon as the Bugatti Veyron, The 2499 as the Ferarri 275 GTB/4, the 5270 as a possibly a Porsche 911 and, yep, the 5711a as the 5711a....within Patek, thats how i see it.
Many people here love that 5712a.....maybe i need another moment of madness!

I think the 5711 is a nice watch, but not one I had initially considered buying. Because of it’s popularity on the forums I had wondered if I should get one. Looking forward to hearing your views when you’ve had it longer.

Skoda is an outstanding mass produced car, also very common. Just like 5711. Nice design, very well made but nothing special in the engine room. At the same time 5650 is rare, full of new innovation combined with fantastic design. Wearing 5650 is as comfy...
