The front blue-grey dial looks superb, and the back is just so visually and mechanically sexy. Sadly the size will be too big for my skinny wrist, but it looks like a future classic.

I would certainly like to see this one and try it on my wrist.

I absolutely love the 1016 Explorer and yours looks magnificent in the photos. The the new Yatchmaster Titanium is very cool and one of the highlights from Rolex this year. As for the Tudor, I agree as it would look perfect with Mercedes hands. Best regar...

Wearing my Zeitwerk Striking Time right now. Watches and Wonders has been a bit if a mixed bag for me. I loved the updated IWC Ingenieur - my local AD is in Geneva and has the black dial on its way for me. This completes the trifecta of homages to the GG ...

I’ll be curious to see it too - but figured at 40mm it would wear similarly to the AP and Patek. I suspect if I’d waited to see it first I’d be looking at a substantial wait list! I was tempted by the aqua dial, but went for the classic black. Interesting...

That’s certainly MAD 😉 I’m in agreement with you, largely a disappointing W&W. Manufacturers are playing it very safe and in my opinion lacking in visionary design. What’s your considered opinion ?

Still as sharp as day one. From W&W...... When it comes to Rolex....guess I will just focus on vintage GMTM. Latest incoming is the Mk3 radial dial, not an easy ref to hunt down. Glad I found one with a tip top dial. These are the ones which caught my eye...

Would like to leave some comments about the W&W🥃 rolex really have done something this year, the best could be the full gold jubilee gmt, if they would please the fan with a brown ceramic bezel🙃; the new daytonas are alright and i will stick to my old one...

I love several of the release this year. I love that Rolex is finally offering open case back and I am quite smitten by the new 1908 series. But for me Chopard Alpine Eagle cadence is my favorite this year ...

You have two excellent watches with Fifty Fathoms and Vacheron. I was very interested in your thoughts on the various new watches announced. I feel the Alpine Eagle with it’s rose dial is slightly different because of the galvanic treatment giving the dia... 

As for W&W… It would have been nice to see Rolex update the Milgauss instead of adding “colorful” dials to the Day-Dates. I don’t get it. But I’m sure they’ll sell like hot cakes. The titanium Yachtmaster is very cool. Would love to see a 40 mm SeaDwe...  

I also would have loved to see a 40 mm SeaDweller in titanium, sadly it wasn’t to be. Personally, I also love the 36mm Explorer and think it should have remained this classic size. Quality and under the radar. Best regards Captain
