My biggest fav of your line–up, were the wonderful Red Sub ( Single Red 1680), both your Blancpain FF‘s (lovely Vintage BTW !), the superb shot of your Marina Militare and also the Pre– Daytona 6238 ( pretty rare find, I guess); the Omegas are not far beh... 

Agree with you that the old 1680 Sigle Red Submariner is a great watch. I´m always surprised how a little touch or red color adds so much charm to the dial of this classic model. I was very lucky to find this example in almost no previous wearing some yea...

... started many questions (and even some jokes!) about it among those who viewed that big and thick watch on my wrist. Times have changed and diving watches are being offered by so many brands and look so popular and often seen even in the wrists by owne... 

Indeed, this really is a phenomenon of our time. From memory, it all started on the late 80’s and early 90’s. Suddenly people started wearing more sports watches as apposed to dress watches as a daily routine. My Doxa photo is with some of my Scubapro equ...

It was was actually a bit of fun aimed at my fellow rowers as they all have fancy fitness/heart monitoring smart watches and they’re constantly checking on the go. I’m the only one without one. Have a great week.

I love the flexibility of the concept of a sports watch , and that there aren’t very strict criteria on what qualifies ( unlike say a dress watch ) . From divers to chronos to various colourful or just funky pieces , ( just about ! ) anything goes 😄 Here’...  

Have a particular fondness for the Sinn in the final shot 👌🏻
