A dream finally realised
The Rolex Daytona 116500LN has been a watch which I have dreamed to own since it was announced in March 2016.
After chasing it for more than 5 years, I have almost given up on this dream.
Therefore I am pleasantly surprised to receive the phone call from my AD over the weekend asking me whether I am free to go down to collect the watch. The feeling is indescribable as I didn’t expect this day will come after so long, to be able to add this dream watch to my collection. It also happened to be my 12th year wedding anniversary yesterday so it is double the happiness for me.
P.S. The small orange box is my wife’s surprise anniversary gift for me.

Best looking chrono
Often overlooked, the thickness or thinness of the daytona is an underappreciated strong point. I believe the Zenith chronomaster sport is thicker than this. The daytona has elegant proportions.
