Why not consider the 5170
It's modern, has pulsation meter (making it different), with in house movement, and the size is just right (for me at least).
One of the negatives of this 5070 model that I read is that the watch has the original movement being fitted into a large case, resulting to subdials (3 and 9 o'clock) being too near to each other.

I think some large dress watches can be very cool
This Patek case shape is a good example, so are the hand wound Portuguese! Especially the Jubilee models. When it's done right, it's beautiful.

I have never been a great fan of the 5070 because its massive look and its numerals. I would have preferred much more Breguet numerals this is one of the reasons why I totally prefer the 5170.
However on your wrist dimensions' issues seem not to be so dramatic, from the moment that it fits you almost perfectly. At a level of movement ... no words a classic and beautiful Lemania movement. Best.

The dial color, the dial decoration (sunburst) and how it works with light etc... I think that what I like most is the bezel and how it works with the case. I think that this bezel combines perfectly with a smoother, rounder case. That's a very good alche...
