Does anyone know how successful was the previous model?
If they decided to radically change the shape, perhaps it's because of the automatic movement. It's undoubtedly easier to fit a quartz in a square case.
That's the logic.
In terms of design, well, I must admit I'm a bit perplexed. Aren't Arabic numerals a bit too sporty?
