There is actually a difference between opinion and bashing.
If the debate was about non matchin or matching, why not.
If the statement was: " Well, these non matching dials doesn't speak to me ", why not again,
but Bashing JLC to have released the first Polaris with the non matching dials, while JLC offers to replace them for free,
I don't get it...
Everybody has obvilously the right to say they like or don't, of course, and it's perfect like that.
But creating a problem when there is no problems, I just don't get it.
Therefore, as for pics of Polaris 68 collection, it was asked by Patrice, and me, too, as it would have been a nice and good end to this topic.
Sharing our Passion ( by posting pics, for example ), would have been a nice end, don't you think?

When you dive, at least there is clear distinction between the hands and the dial. Maybe JLC thought along those lines, it should be seen as an updated model, not as a replica of the old model. Cheers, just my silly opinion.

JLC did make a mistake. They had 2 options in solving the problem: They could hold up delivery of all Polaris until a new batch of "good" dials is available. A consequence of this would be that you would know nothing about the mistake and a few more month...

I think the dial and hands looks best with the same color - there would be no problem if the hands also was as dark as the "off color". So... Maby you can ask JLC to change the color of the hands instead of getting a new dial.....?!?
