I had an experience a couple of years ago when I really wanted a watch and even chose the model I was going to buy... but then met the person behind the company who was the rudest person ever, not just to me but to his staff as well. I had the money ready in my pocket but took it elsewhere.
Life is too short and much better if you deal with nice people. Looking back, If I had bought that watch and put in on my wrist... I would have probably thought about the guy each time I put it on.

A fairly major player. I love "practical" designs. And Sinn really strive for that "do everything" design: tegemented, lume, quartz when appropriate, reasonable size, etc. But try as I might (and I have tried- twice) they just don't do it for me.
