I am absolutely the same...
my appreciation of watches is totally tied to my appreciation of the people behind. If I have the feeling that I do not get treated in a respectful manner I quickly lose interest, and eventually sell the watches of the respective brand/maker.
But so far I did not re-buy. Not a single one!

A fairly major player. I love "practical" designs. And Sinn really strive for that "do everything" design: tegemented, lume, quartz when appropriate, reasonable size, etc. But try as I might (and I have tried- twice) they just don't do it for me.
