Horo....thanks for the thought, and well, may not agree fully, but truly respect your opinion
For me, it actually involves many factors.....jus like running our biz, and dealing w customers....
Some can become very good friends, and some jus as customers, and associates, and some will always remain as customer relationship. By the way, I run a retail biz.....so base on my personal opinion.
As for e product (watches), it has to be the Total Satisfaction of Owning a watch, which most features has been shared by experienced collectors in this forum, and not forgetting the cost of ownership...I happended to like watches from an independent so much, that I actually own, at one time four pieces from a same maker. But well, due to several reasons, decided to sell all except one.
I still like most of his watches, but just don't like the way biz is conducted. ...so that leaves me in a situation, where I like the watches, but not the watchmaker. Although not personal, but more on biz aspect.
In fact, collected indi watches since 13 years ago......but not very active this forum. Hope to be more active, knowing I have company of very nice people here. Will be starting a new thread so some of my earlier watches......from ind makers.
