would expect the lawsuit to tarnish Rolex' reputation in North America at least.
There is little in terms of numbers in the complaint but if it is true that Rolex set a new sales target of USD 10 million p.a. (I think it was) for that AD and linked the achievement of this goal to bonus payments to AD management and an investment in AD store refurbishment and THEN saw that AD's sales skyrocket based in part on 'special orders' that might have something fishy about them, e.g. the smell, I would think the news should by rights make Rolex nervous.
