... but only registered members can post. And you need to own a Journe with a Warranty Card (because you need to enter the watch serial number as well as the date of purchase and boutique). Even for a company that is 10 years old, there must be watches being sold without box and papers. There is an option to contact the manufacture, so I assume that if your watch is not stollen you will still be able to join.

But it does exclude non-owners from participating in discussion which is unfortunate. There must be potential owners that would love to ask questions and participate.

The upside is that the various Boutique staff are moderating, so it should give much more direct access to information, particularly for the majority of people who don't have a Journe Boutique in their back yard.
