WS Theme “Devil is in the Details” is OPEN now!!

Dec 17, 2021,12:51 PM

Hello dear friends! I will have the pleasure of being your host this weekend and as announced last Wednesday the Theme is “Devil is in the details “.

It is often said that "Devil is in the details" and this specially true when talking about our beloved watches. There are many evident or subtle details in our watches which are the reason we fell deeply in love with them.

May be some sexy lugs design, the patina on a dial, some fluffy lume indexes, a lunar phase window, some lovely dial inscription fonts or an awesome caseback are some of examples that come to my mind right now.

So the challenge this weekend is to share with us pictures and comments about all those "Devilish details" in your watches which are important reasons for you to love them.

The event is Open now and participants may post in this same thread their entries.

Of course you may participate with shots for any or all of our three traditional categories:

1) Best wrist shot
2) Best Static shot
3) Best Watch of the Week

As usual we will need two volunteers for judging categories 1 and 2. Those willing to play Judge please contact me by PM. It is an enjoyable experience and a big help for the host. Thank you so much in advance!

Look forward to an enjoyable event and I widh a wonderful and relaxed weekend to all our friends!
Best, Abel
