Horological Meandering: Such a journey, thank you for sharing

Seeing a glimpse of your collection always becomes a highlight of my day when opportunity presents - the moonphase is a complication that adds so much to a watches appeal, and I share your sentiments in the beauty of presentation. Enjoy the harvest moon, and perhaps a moon cake or two Colton

TimeOut: Northeast wind is No-Good

I'm a couple hours north of you, and quite exposed to northeasterly winds. Pulled my boat out earlier this week just in case. Here's hoping we can avoid the cold for at least a bit longer. Best, Colton

Audemars Piguet: Very surprising and nice

I had not seriously considered the ROC prior to the introduction of the 38mm models, and seeing these on your wrist adds fuel to the fire. The panda is quite fetching, and I hope to have the chance to try one on soon - although that could be dangerous. Thank you for sharing! Colton

Patek Philippe: Canada

They sure do not like it, but didn't stop someone I know from wearing a half dozen or so Langes on his wrist over the years when purchasing from collectors in the US and driving/flying back across the border to Canada. If it's on the wrist, you are almost assuredly safe from questions.

Horological Meandering: Stunning

Those numerals remind me strongly of the 5170 or 5370p - and the needle hands.. wonderful! Looks like a very nicely sized case as well, colour me intrigued. As much as i agree with the tradition of a gold or otherwise sentimental piece, if he eschews a vintage or independent I can't argue. He teased

Horological Meandering: Oh I quickly ate my words

I had an omega or longines in mind for him, but he clearly feels something more contemporary is best. I better stick to what they ask of me, giving more grandchildren haha. Best, Colton

Richard Mille: Something very exciting

I've heard rumblings of a release coming later on (as Soomi said) in the same family as the 067, which is very intriguing for us mortals who cannot stomach the price of the tourbillon models. I share your surprise with the lack of releases this year aside from the candy editions at SIHH. Hard to bel

Horological Meandering: Kickstarter

I recall hearing about them starting on the Kickstarter platform. Nice to see a company actually deliver a finished product coming from that background. Anecdotally, I think they must be doing something right as I received a call from my father-in-law a few nights ago. Apparently he has seen an ad f
