... barely a new watch keeps its original strap or bracelet, once it is in my possession. Changing straps is among my favourite activities around my watches, only topped by buying a new tiempiece. Sometimes, it is quite a challenge to find a new and well matching strap for some watches; be it due to their irregular lug distance, or their colour scheme that is not easily met by the colours of the straps.
Here is a brown rubber strap with green stitching that was made on custom order for my Seiko "Deep Forest":
And here I wanted to give my Black Bay a strap matching the puppy's colour scheme. Well, the puppy seemed to like it:
