Indeed very different from the city I had in mind...
I've never been to Hong Kong, my travels to Asia have been somewhat limited.
However, I always envisioned Hong Kong to be a bustling city filled with city lights, etc. It's hard to imagine that there is such a view; tranquility and suburban on the left, and the bustling city on the right. To me, that is just right... Not too close, not too far, a perfect compromise.
