Finally got the Iconic Legendary Submariner...
...would probably be the last addition to my collection... as I am not able to think of others to complete it further... maybe a Panerai but Panerai's history was not as continuous to the wristwatch public until 20 years ago.. unlike the Submariner...or Rolex... sorry the pic is not sharp and a little blurry cos i took it in the car with my Nokia after purchasing it about 2 hours ago while the wife does her grocery... price difference for the brand new Submariner Date compared to the 14060M here, is now around Euro 1.5k.... amazing how the value of the watch has gone up over the years... but this one appealed to me more... given the fact that the non end links to the lugs are of classic looking with punched hole on the lugs as compared to now enclosed, the new Submariners are with solid links and this one here are with hollow links in the middle part just like the former Explorer I but it feels really comfy arounf the wrist and moreover, a re-issue of the former 14060M and now COSC.... will wear it until i grow old....ok, enough justifications...cheers.
