When this first came out in the WG version , I was very keen to get one . It took almost2 years after they released at Baselworld before it was available to the general public.

Not much demand from collectors but there were a few of use here on the forum who all got one.

I thin kits is one of the best offerings from PP in recent history

I love mine although I don't wear it as much as I should

A few pics to add to the ones posted

I think the movement is so under rated ( similar to the 12-600 - a ground breaking movement that was only recognised later )

Case is similar to 3448

Even in our forum, I find it surprising there are currently 3 or less owners of this 5235/50R. I’m sure there are more R owners who are just shy and more 5235G owners. From what I read, this model is one of the handful that uses the Pulsomax, and is the o...

You’re very welcome.

Great indeed…

…and you say it: one of the best movements… ...

Yes and you’re one of the pioneers here…I read most posts about this watch in the forum.

I also noticed the same misalignment of the minute hand to the marker on top of the 60-sec mark after setting it, takes a while for it to go off but oh well… Enjoy yours.

Suffice to say....

This watch was the choice of birthday (71st) gift to himself for my former billionaire client. That he would choose that exact timepiece, given how he could have easily had any other, speaks volumes to its distinctive appeal! Great images, thanks for shar...

That’s very good to know I have similar tastes and thoughts of a billionaire 😅

The G version was haunting me for a long time…

Both are winners and special. You can also get this R version, the way like you get both 5231s 😉🙌🏻👍🏻💪🏻

Great photos! I absolutely love my 5235R. I also own the 5236P but I find that even though the 5235R may lack a little in horological firepower, it has some charm points that are all its own. In particular, I like how the watch deconstructs time and gives...

Hi there! Good to see another one. You have great taste 😊

You’re not alone with your fascination of this model. I remember seeing it at the AD when it came out in red gold. Apart from the advanced research dep movement, the finishing with the brushed satin and the subdued Patek Logo (amazing you see it then you ...

I saw it in 2019 but went with the 7234R instead..,,

Maybe this subconscious part of my brain calling since and now I got it. It is good to see some different layouts and designs on how to read time. Thank you 🙏🏻

Cool.

Watch is perfect size for your wrist. The case is modern with an unbelievable movement. Congrats all around!! Wear it in good health!

40.5mm is a good size, and glad to see the movement fills up the space.

Are 3 apertures at the top; but this configuration is unique.

The 5207/8, 5205, 5960s, 5905s all have 3 apertures at the top …

I still didn’t see any alarming signs and it could be my photos or dirty surfaces but Thanks for your input 🙏🏻

This case wears very well

 By: chk : April 13th, 2023-05:39
There are so many 'new' things about the 5235 that wearability gets a little bit left out. Good day, chk

Yes it does and good thing for some who notices the hidden gems.

Thank you chk 🙏🏻
