I also went back and forwards with my decision making.
But now I have come down on the side of like.
The presence on your wrist is nice and very well balanced.
The practicality of the complications is spot on............I much prefer a chronograph to be able to measures hours and not just minutes.
The Annual Calendar is great day to day complication and is so easy to read.
And the movement is ALL in house...............Although saying that the Lemania movement is totally stunning.
My only reservation is the pushers, I much prefer square one's The round one's always look more vulnerable to catching and breaking then the square one's. The aesthetics of the square pushers also imo look a lot better.

If I had the cash I would go for the Datograph or the PP 5070 over the 5960.

Yet!!! IMHO, it is the essence of modern Patek. Innovative, understated (in plat), and quite practical in terms of complications. A chronograph that can actually be used in real life! Most events I want to time don't stop at 30mins.

The 5960's dial has too many things hapening at once. The glass as with many Pateks is in serious need of A/R coating. The photos you have posted bare this out nicely. There are several chronographs I would prefer over the 5960...Such as the 1815 chronogr...

I absolutely LOVE it!!!! I did from the first moment I set eyes on it but after owning one and wearing it often I simply love it..... In fact I would even go as far to say that if it were to house a Minute Repeater I would not need to own another watch......
