Saying that I "decided the list was not credible" and I didn't "allow the list to be seen" is quite unfair and biased.
I tried to explain respectufully and in true transparency that it seems that this list contains errors , thus we wished to inform our fellow members that it might be misleading and decided to remove this list.
You can imagine that we would love to talk about this information on the forum if it was official and reliable.
Take it the other way, if we had maintained it and that we concluded during Basel it was wrong, I assume people may have said that the information we find on PuristSPro is inaccurate. Some other places on the interenet would "jump" on these material, no matter it is accurate or not, just to increase audience.
Ppro is a kind of "Auberge Espagnole": everybody brings something to share with the community and, one thing we appreciate, is to find a reliable source instead of a bunch of rumors which are sometimes true, sometimes false.
Furthermore, as we wish to respect every brands' team work on our forums, and that this leak was obviously not wanted (internal communication) and an annoying issue (in addition to seem not being reliable at 100%), we wished to supress it.

I don't believe in hearsay...but if there are information out there that is credible, I believe it should be posted and let forum members decide how to deal with it. By not allowing "The List" to be seen simply because "your source" deemed it not official...

You can't go wrong with either but 5575
Both are great but 5575 is more versatile and I think easier on the eyes too. Love it but don't have it! One thing though, I don't think it is as easy to read the time on 5575.

About the servicing
I would maybe suggest to pay a visit to your Patek AD if you have one nearby and ask them what they think. They can tell you it needs servicing as they can tell you it can wait another X years. You can also wear it and wait until it doesn't work accuratel...

I think that the 5131G is my choice. Over time, the anniversary piece will be easier to find, due to the sheer number of pieces made, whereas the 5131G will remain a tight supply.
How many more 5575G's still to be produced?
I know the run is 1300 but wondered how long this sort of volume takes to produce?
Certainly all sold but I don't believe production is complete.
Are they numbered and sold sequentially?
Limited edition from Patek are not numbered
