Let the forum members decide if they want to see "The List" or not...
I don't believe in hearsay...but if there are information out there that is credible, I believe it should be posted and let forum members decide how to deal with it. By not allowing "The List" to be seen simply because "your source" deemed it not official will only make it worse because your source may be from Patek and of course they will not allow such leaks to the public! There are posts in this forum by community members regarding grail pieces and etc. All are hearsay and not confirmed by Patek... who knows the exact number of 5131G/J produced per year? Yet, members are saying around 50 pieces and that may or may not be true. Yet, we all share this information so others may decide to believe in it or not. What about the number of 5711P produced? Some say 30, others say 15... all hearsay. There are no official Patek news releases regarding these limited editions and yet forum members continue to speculate and wonder. Basically, I don't believe in suppression of information if there are information out there to share...even if it is not confirmed by Patek through official or non-official channels.

You can't go wrong with either but 5575
Both are great but 5575 is more versatile and I think easier on the eyes too. Love it but don't have it! One thing though, I don't think it is as easy to read the time on 5575.

About the servicing
I would maybe suggest to pay a visit to your Patek AD if you have one nearby and ask them what they think. They can tell you it needs servicing as they can tell you it can wait another X years. You can also wear it and wait until it doesn't work accuratel...

I think that the 5131G is my choice. Over time, the anniversary piece will be easier to find, due to the sheer number of pieces made, whereas the 5131G will remain a tight supply.
How many more 5575G's still to be produced?
I know the run is 1300 but wondered how long this sort of volume takes to produce?
Certainly all sold but I don't believe production is complete.
Are they numbered and sold sequentially?
