Omega

Yes it is. To be fair, i went through their service thinking it is what it is. But then a few weeks into getting my piece from service, i get a winding problem..

Of course, it was all under service warranty but for the money, i expected more. Anyway, i was able to find another outfit to service it but the experience opened my eyes to the wonderful world of horology. Key here is to have an alternative reputable watch repair person. But for Horology75, with an enamel dial, no way you’d entrust that service to an outfit outside of Omega.

In an interview that i watched regarding service, a watch repair person said that the cost they charge has more to do with risk versus actual cost of labor and materials. So there’s that to consider.
