But there may be a few clients out there, maybe a minority, who bought the Omega Moonwatch because they thought it looked cool and because there was an Omega brand logo on it. Now, without having seen the MoonSWATCH, and I'm sure the Swatch version feels light and inexpensive, they will say, based on looks alone and the fact that the Omega logo and Speedmaster Logo are on the watch, that this new watch makes them feel bad. Luxury brands as a rule want minimal confusion as confusion ultimately reduces the value of the brand. So this is definitely very uncharted waters. We're seeing history in the making! Truly! Analysts are going to be referring to this as a research case and case study for years to come!
