Another new release I find very appealing.
Have always liked the contemporary Tresor but with the Small Seconds the design has so far found its best expression in my opinion, at least in steel. What do you think? Cheers Marc pictures c/o Omega website ...

and I agree, it's a tad nicer than the normal Trésor. For it's size of 40 mm, I should have it my wrist first to see if it's the right size for this model line.
Just over 10mm thick! That's ultra-ultra-thin for an Omega!
Very good step for Omega. I'd like to see an expanded range of dials and sizes for the DeVille line.
Was just going to comment on the oddly small-looking seconds sub-dial.
And, something 38/9mm would be better. A manual-wind watch needn't be over 10mm thick.

Then I read your post, Nicolas. You are so spot on. This tiny detail is the bug. The small seconds is 1mm off? 2 mm? But this is how it is with a fine watch design. Tiny details on a very small pallet. Agree. But I also want to say this is a VERY NICE Ome...

I've always liked the Tresor line. Had the white dial/date version from a few years ago been available in steel I would have bought it. I didn't really want it in white gold and they never released it in steel.

But I could see it also work in its current size. Yes, a very good looking Omega.

Very nice variation on a product.
The 40mm size is perfect. The short lugs are curved down nicely to hug the wrist. It must be tried on. Very convincing on the wrist. The profile slides easily under a cuff. A larger second dial would give it more of a vintage vibe. -John
I am not familiar with small Seconds hand watches
For me it is an undiscovered field. The watch looks good, and knowing a Omega keep time accurate, no worry to overlook a tiny second hand.

Yes, me too. Mistook it for brown at first glance (I'm not good with colors) and first reading, then recognizing it was grey
