Officine Panerai

sorry to hear that...

my own experience is quite the opposite. over the last year, i have send in two watches, a 341 and a 292, both under warranty to fix, and a older 86D for service. the 341, with a winding issue(apparently common for those with 8 days PR) took just under a week, and the 292 with broken second hand counter took just 2 days.  and the 86 took about 3 days.

For those under warranty repair, I got regular update, via phone to inform me to collect, and email for the time guesstimate. all done thru the boutique. all returned with proper service pouch, and a smile.

of course the question begets is, why did the watches need to fixed under warranty, when they should not have malfunctioned in the first place. QC issues at factory?

i hope yours get returned soon, and good luck.

best,

Horo
