replacement

 

i did ask for a replacement ... 


their stand is since it can be "fixed", they would rather pursue that over a replacement piece... of course, they have the "limited" edition to fall back on and say there are no more pieces so it CAN'T be replaced ...

i guess its just something they don't want to do and so i am stuck in limbo ... 8 months now with less than 24 hours of the watch on my wrist.

i don't see myself as ever recommending this company to anyone ... 

in 25 years of watch collecting, this has been the worst customer service i have ever come across ..

oh, and they still haven't even call with an update.
