Complaints are always voiced out louder than compliments, especially in cyberspace. As such, I'm not sure if it's fair to draw any conclusion about the quallity issues w/ Panerai solely based on complaints/feedback that we hear/read casually. Obviously if you have a more serious statistical analysis, we would love to hear about it.

I see this w/ other brands as well. Faulty product delivered and if the buyer don't spot the problem quickly and have the product replaced then they'll have to bear w/ wait for watch servicing.
