Not an owner but have tried it on a several times. It's grown on me. Sober charm is the name of the game I think. It's clean, and to me it would fit well in a design/architecture work setting. The UTT does tend to eclipse it.
Both true seconds are stronger offers than the Trubute to 1958 for me.

I'm not an expert in watches, either. The Tribute to 1958 was handled more delicately than the True Second. Its proportions and details do make a difference, and many will consider it a cleaner effort than any Master Control with a date or the True Second...
