The concept of "challenging" the audience is not a new one and I agree that it is an ambivalent mindset, one which is prone to abuse and overkill. I honestly feel that Beat is far from such a way of thinking. I even go as far as to think that Beat doesn't so much care about how the H9 is perceived - not out of arrogance or complacency but because he has been so immersed by the creation of the H9, the genius that went into it and the craft.

I share your hope that we will always hear a ticking inside Beat's creations. No one wants the cat to die.
