The intent of the post
Maybe we should take this particular part of the thread elsewhere coz the original post was interesting!
I think it has to do with intent. This was not a post which is asking "I want to buy a watch. Which of the following will rise in price the most? or which is the best investment in the long term?"
Clearly TM is not asking around for the next big "trade" in watches. He was obviously just debating what makes a watch more desirable (often seen through pricing) and where watch collectors and the mass market will rotate through to next......
