Lange Dato, Journe Original Tourbillon ( the one where you can see the remontoir in action), Lange 1815 Chronograph,
Journe original Resonance are way undervalued. Also, most VC vingtage chronos are under appreciated too.
I can't find any single Patek that is fairly valued though 
As for Vianney, I think his Classic is a fair price but the Antiqua at the current price is too steep.
Meanwhile, Dufour Simplicity was a Great Value if you compare to Roger Smith Series 2 or vintage Calatrava, considering it is done by a Master and
only 200 pieces.
Personally, I think Dato and Journe Tourbillon are the best value in the market right now
Don't think it will be the same by next year.
