It has been said that the search, the find, and the more or less complicated events which led to the "capture" of a new piece, is the most exciting part of the "art of collecting". I guess it is true, but after all the excitement is over, and the piece is finaly on your wrist, and you are the owner, a feeling must develop between the owner and his watch.
That´s a more complex thing! And true love depends of many factors which led to the attachment.
Reading your so fine post, and the comments of our fellow forum members, gives us an insight, and a better understanding of this most interesting feeling for an object like a watch.
