What's the Big Deal?
If FP Journe had a dinner only for select customers had already owned a watch, I don't see how anybody could complain. Isn't opening a discussion forum limited to existing customers sort of the same thing? Nevertheless, I think it reflects poorly on them.

FP Journe have announced.....................
On their website the start of the new "Le Club", which a forum exclusively for their pieces. To become a member you will have to provide evidence, that you own one of their timepieces.

Yes I agree ownership should not be the only criteria, there are some friends who have the passion and the knowledge so keeping in mind their abilities JlC should make them 'Honorary Members' what say?

Why was the FPJ forum closed?
As a relative newbee to the PP site and having recently acquired an FPJ Octa RA, what were the issues that caused the FPJ forum to be closed? Am I missing something?

Check for older posts. There is a explanation by the owners and moderators of purists pro. In a nutshell, the brand was not receptive to purists approach to forum maintenance, and they went separate ways. A lot of in betweens are not for me to poke my nos...
