Upgrade Advice
New visitor to the forum here and looks like there is a lot of experts that can help me make the right decision...
I currently have 5036 Annual Calendar that I do not seem to wear anymore - for some reason ( getting older perhaps ?) I'm not a fan of a gold bracelet. Would love to upgrade to something that also can be a good future investment. Styles I liked are 5140, 5170 and 5960 - and they are in my price range. Any opinions as to which watch would fit the best for what I'm looking for - dressy ( can be worn with dress shirt/suit, good investment? Is there models that I should consider as well?
This could be a completely random request yet appreciate your feedback in advance. Cheers.

5205 Annual Calendar
white gold for regular / casual wear; rose gold (especially the black dial) for more formal wear. Good luck with your search.
Those pieces you mentioned are good alternatives.

Thank you so much - I love love 5905! Choice between dials will be an interesting battle for sure - I think initially I was concerned about thickness of the watch as I wanted something to be worn comfortably with a suit. Decisions, decisions.

The thickness of this watch is 13.55 mm while 5905 is 14.03 mm. At the same time the latter is 1.5 mm larger. Seriously: how much less than 0.5 mm in thickness means? I do not feel any difference of thickness when I'm changing from my 5960 to my 5905. Bes...

in UK is a bit over £ 6,800. That's around € 9.5k. The price difference is remarkable but it wasn't the reason for my choices. Best, Kari

5960p is now out of consideration due to availability and how much I can spend unfortunately. There is 30,000 difference between 5205 and 5905 black dial. I guess its down to those options today. This making my head hurt.
