I think that you made a wise decision...
because it's a solid watch considering its complications and material. The bracelet only adds more ''x-factor'' IMHO, which isn't seen that often.
If I were to add a suitable companion to it, I'd recommend a 5960 or 5235 as they're ''different'' and yet share some ''similarities'' with it at the same time. Another suggestion would be a 5200 with a blue dial because it can be used casually and formally.
It's also ''unique'' in some aspects because it contains a manual wound movement with an instantaneous day-date function. The curved caseback and sapphire glass on the back makes it a comfortable timepiece to wear.

Thank you so much - I love love 5905! Choice between dials will be an interesting battle for sure - I think initially I was concerned about thickness of the watch as I wanted something to be worn comfortably with a suit. Decisions, decisions.

5960p is now out of consideration due to availability and how much I can spend unfortunately. There is 30,000 difference between 5205 and 5905 black dial. I guess its down to those options today. This making my head hurt.
